• Can you design any type of 3D file?

We specialize in children's products and mass production. We do not make unique pieces unless they are for a high-impact projects, applications for film or television. ​

• Can you print a part for me?

We have a minimum cost per order depending on the process: FDM: $1,500 MXN + VAT SLA: $2,500 MXN + VAT. ​

• Can you fix my 3D files?

We can offer you our service to remake the file. We do not repair files from other providers because we cannot guarantee their correct operation.

• Can I pay on delivery?

In design works, 50% in advance and 50% against delivery is required. On print jobs, 100% in advance is required. ​​

​

• Do you ship by mail?

Yes, by DHL. ​

​

• Do you do rush or do urgent jobs?

No. ​

​

• Does 3D printing include the 3D model design?

No. Those are two different services.

• What kind of printers do you have?

Filament FDM and liquid resin SLA or MSLA. ​

• What is the maximum detail or resolution that they handle?

0.025mm (25 microns).

• What is your maximum print area?

30 x 30 x 40 cm FDM.

29 x 16 x 40 cm SLA. ​

• What printing materials do you have available?

PLA, ABS, PETG, Woodfill, CF and composites for FDM printing.

Standard, Clear, Flexible and Tough resins for SLA printing.
